Great donuts but be prepared to be hassled by the homeless contingent loitering around in the parking lot. Most of the time it doesn't bother me (heck, I even usually give em some spare change), but sometimes damn it all you just want to be able to buy a donut and some coffee and munch on it undisturbed...
